The Ethera client
One download for Windows and Linux, set up for Ethera. Everything on this page is a real window from the game, taken from a single play session.
Pokémon companions
Pick a companion and it follows you, fights next to you and gains experience from your hunts. You can own all three and switch between them; one is out at a time.
Pet status
- Bulbasaur (Brawler), Squirtle (Hunter) and Charmander (Elementalist), each with its own level.
- Health, combat skill and experience to the next level.
- Equipment slots: companions wear real items, unlocked as they level.
- Auto attack switch: off means it only attacks what you attack.
- Rename or dismiss it at any time.
Evolution tree
Each companion evolves twice: Squirtle becomes Wartortle at level 20 and Blastoise at level 60. The tree shows how many levels are left, and each form has its own details.
Moves
A move pool opens at level 20, a final form move and a signature move at level 60. The window shows what the companion can use now and how far the next move is.

Pokédex
Every creature on the map is a species to discover: 242 in total. Kill one to catch it.
- Seen and caught counters, with filters for all, unseen, seen and caught.
- Rarity for every species, from Common to Legendary, based on how often it spawns.
- Where to find it: the best hunting area and number of spawn points, and Show on minimap to mark it.
- 9 ranks pay gold, shop points and a permanent experience bonus, shown with the next rank's reward.

Hunting
Hunt analyzer
Per session: experience and experience per hour, kills per hour, coins looted, supplies used and their cost, and your balance per hour. It also lists loot taken, last corpses and kills by creature. Reset session starts a new count.
Full world minimap
The whole map is included from the first login, so you can scroll to any city or hunting ground before you have been there. Tasks and the Pokédex mark spawns on it.
Quests & tasks
Quest log
Every quest on the map (111), with its recommended level, difficulty and quest points. Pin quests to the quest tracker to keep their next step on screen.

Hunting tasks
29 tasks from Tarr, done in order: kill count, progress bar, the creature's weaknesses, its common loot, the reward, and the hunting spot with Show on minimap.
Shop & Market
Shop
Gear, outfits and boosts for shop points, sorted by category. Offers are delivered to your character right away. Points come from gold in the game and from Pokédex ranks.
Ethera Market
Sell to other players from any protection zone. Click an item in your backpack, choose the amount, set a price per piece and list it for 1, 3 or 7 days. Buyers take as much as they want and pay from their bank or the gold they carry.
Built-in bot
Botting is allowed on Ethera, so the client comes with the OTClientV8 bot built in. Open it with the Bot button.
- Healing: spells, potions and runes, each with its own health or mana range.
- Cavebot and targeting: follow a recorded route and choose which creatures to attack.
- Save and switch between configurations per character.
A botting character follows the same rules as everyone else. Cheats that change how the game works are not allowed.
