Say !arena gauntlet or !arena practice.

Duels

Best of three rounds against a player of similar level and rating. Ratings start at 1,000; the same two accounts move ratings once a day.

Say !arena duel; !arena ai fights a champion instead.

Rewards

Arena tokens for ranked runs and duels, traded at the Arena Master for trophies. Titles shown when others look at you: Gladiator, Duelist and Weekly Champion.

The Colosseum

West of the arena halls stands an amphitheatre built the old way: a sand floor inside a podium wall, two tiers of stone seating and an arcade of arches all the way round. The emperor's box looks down from the north and the magistrates' box from the south. Behind the barred gladiator gates at both ends of the sand are the beast pens.

Last Man Standing: Every Saturday at 20:00 server time. Say !lms join during the 5 minute sign-up. Everyone for themselves in a ring that keeps shrinking; empty places are filled with arena champions. Nobody dies and nothing is lost. The last three standing win 25, 15 and 10 arena tokens, everyone else 3.
Watching: Follow the road west from the arena lobby, go in through any of the four gates and take the stairs up to the stands. The whole building except the sand is a protection zone.
League Champion: Aurelia takes one challenge a week here, from companions with all eight gym badges.
